Other Users
Other Jantra users can see your reports (title, category, status, location) and your public profile name. Your phone number and personal details are not visible to other users.

You can disable location services in your device settings, but this will limit app functionality.
Lost & Found Service
When using the Lost & Found feature, please be aware:
- Item descriptions and photos you post are visible to all Jantra users in your area
- Your public display name is shown with your listings, but not your phone number
- Contact between users happens through our in-app messaging system for safety
- We may use item descriptions and photos for matching algorithms
- Listings are retained for 90 days and then archived unless renewed
- Claimed or reunited items remain in our records for dispute resolution purposes
Children's Privacy
Jantra is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
